I agree to the following:

As a participant in the event “2025 Residency Program” produced by Human Connection Arts, Inc. (HCA), taking place on August 11-31, 2025, I hereby irrevocably agree to the following:

The following will be provided:
$25 daily stipend per day for food
Art Supplies and use of the art studio
Sleeping Arrangements, full bathroom, full kitchen
(please provide your own toiletries)

The following you provide:
1.5 hours per day (average) volunteer work at the Art Center (mutually agreed upon).
Minimum of 1 original painting donated to HCA for display at the Art Center.

If for any reason, the residency is not working out for either party, this agreement can be terminated any time.

I certify that I am over 18 years of age. I fully understand and hereby assume all of the risks and dangers by participating in this  program. I participate willingly and voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any personal injury occurring as a result of any accident that may occur. I specifically understand that I, my personal representatives and my heirs are releasing, discharging and waiving any claims, actions, and losses for bodily or psychological injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services, or otherwise, that I may have presently or in the future, for any negligent acts or other conduct by HCA, its directors, as well as the property owners Andrew Golub and Carol Sumkin. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
