Human Canvas Sleepover
DATE
January 10-11
LOCATION
Earlton, NY
We’re kicking off 2026 with a Human Canvas Sleepover on January 10-11 at the Human Connection Arts Center located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains.
Human Canvas Painting is a group of models lying on the floor forming a large human canvas and over several hours become a single piece of art. The painting is photographed from above. Holding in position for an hour at a time can be strenuous, but we take breaks along the way. Models are asked to help in the painting up to their skill level.
The painting takes place on Saturday from noon-6pm. People are welcome to arrive as early as 10am on Saturday and stay as late as 3pm on Sunday. Sleeping over is not required. Shuttles available to/from the Hudson, NY train station.
The costs to participate is $70. This includes all snacks and Meals (Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday breakfast). Models receive a signed print of the final shot from the painting. Shower and sleeping accomodations are included.
Space is very limited.
