Our Body Painting retreats are clothing optional and include body painting, walks through the woods, camping out or sleeping in a cabin, yoga, meditation, music, dance, campfires and various ice-breaker activities.
We encourage people to share their talents and be an active part in all programming. On our beautiful 12-acre space, we have a Sculpture Park, a pond and wooded trails.
We can define the world on our own terms. We can slow down and connect to nature, ourselves and each other. Leave the details of the world behind, share the present moment, look around and feel the slowness of the nature around us.
The retreat runs from 12 noon on Friday until 4pm on Sunday. Pricing is inclusive of all activities and meals (Friday Dinner / Saturday Brunch & Dinner / Sunday Brunch). Sleeping arrangements vary (see details in application link). Parking on-site and shuttle from Amtrak station in Hudson are available.
All participants have the opportunity to get painted by artist Andy Golub and receive up to three professional digital photos after the retreat.
